Emma Jane is from Tipperary and is first and foremost an actor - training at the DIT Conservatory of Music and Drama and the Bow Street Academy of Screen Acting. Since graduating her and a group of other aspiring young theatre makers set up their theatre company SQUAD Productions. With SQUAD Emma Jane has co-written, directed and acted in productions such as 'GULP' and '#RelationshipGoalz'. She has also acted in a number of both stage and screen productions.

Although acting is her first love, two years ago Emma Jane sort of accidentally fell in love with presenting. Emma Jane featured as a guest on a radio station and was bitten by the so-called "radio bug". When a morning slot became available she jumped at the opportunity and started honing her skills on Dublin City Fm for over a year co-producing and co-presenting the show 'Good Morning Dublin'. During this time Emma Jane interviewed many influential people from all around the Country.

Emma Jane is also highly skilled and experienced in failing at stuff but carrying on. Hence, the idea for the podcast. She believes we can all benefit by opening up about our failures and indeed, listening to others open up about theirs.
