Laura’s a bit of a food addict. And that doesn’t just mean she likes to eat a lot… She’s passionate about the whole story from field to fork, constantly exploring the best way to grow, produce and eat our local produce. She runs Indie Füde - a deli based in Co Down that focuses on independent, indigenous produce from the island of Ireland.
