On this episode of Fair Game we are tackling a topic that affects every sportswoman, regardless of the level they compete at: nutrition. The food-focused side of training can often be a struggle due to time constraints, and there’s an awful lot of conflicting information out there – so, we want to debunk the buzzwords and focus on the facts, and hopefully give you a plenty of tips to take onboard when it comes to your own nutrition.
