34 | Dune with Jan Ní Shúilleabháin

Octocon chairperson Jan Ní Shúilleabháin joined us to talk about her love of Frank Herbert’s Dune in all its forms especially the 1984 David Lynch movie. She basically gave us a crash course in sci-fi appreciation and her enthusiasm was infectious.

Jan also told us a bit about the history of Irish cons and about her role in the upcoming Octocon which takes place on the 6th, 7th, and 8th of October in the Camden Court Hotel, Dublin 2.
