Episode 8 – Al Foran (as Conor McGregor, Robert DeNiro, Eddie Murphy and many more)

So this is an interesting episode of The HeadStuff Podcast. I saw a video a couple of weeks ago of this guy doing impressions, and I’m a man who appreciates a good impression. The story of the video was that Robert DeNiro was kicked out of his house, and he moved into Al Foran’s house. Al wasn’t too pleased about it, definitely when he learned that Bob had brought Tony Soprano, Matthew McConnaughey and Eddie Murphy with him. Al does all the impressions, and they’re all excellent. And that’s without even mentioning his pitch perfect Conor McGregor impression.

So, I got onto him, told him about the podcast, and we did it. This is the result. We certainly hope you enjoy it.

Alan Bennett was a stand-up comedian for a while and during that time he toured with David O'Doherty and Maeve Higgins and did well in some competitions and co-ran Schnitzel Comedy Club. Then he started writing fiction and it has been published in several literary magazines and anthologies including 30 Under 30 which Joseph O'Connor chose as one of his books of the year for The Irish Times.
