Joe Macken, owner of Jo Burger, Skinflint, Bear and Crackbird was this weeks guest In The Kitchen. Having all stemmed from a Baggot St Sandwich Bar, Joe gives a hilarious account of how he grew his restaurant group to be the casual dining institution we all know today.
