Audrey Molloy was born in Dublin and grew up in Blackwater, County Wexford. She practiced optometry in Dublin before moving to Sydney, where she now works as a medical writer and editor. Over the past few years, her poetry has been published in Australia, Ireland, UK and USA. She was short-listed for the 2016 Judith Wright Poetry Prize for New and Emerging Poets and for the 2016 Over The Edge New Writer of the Year. Her poetry has recently appeared in Australian Poetry Journal and The Galway Review and is forthcoming in Orbis and Ink, Sweat & Tears.
